Terms of Service — Archive Tees
These Terms of Service apply when you use the Archive Tees website or purchase products from us.
By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Our products
Archive Tees creates graphic apparel and related products, many of which are produced on demand through our fulfilment partners.
Because garments are printed to order, small variations in colour, print position, garment finish or screen appearance may occur. These normal production variations do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, misprinted or materially different from what was ordered.
2. Product information
We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information and prices are accurate.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings. Please check our size guide before ordering.
We may correct errors or update product information at any time.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete, including your email address, delivery address and product selections.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation. This does not prevent us from cancelling an order where there is a pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, stock or production issue, or another genuine reason we cannot fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the affected items.
4. Printed-to-order products
Many Archive Tees products are produced specifically after an order is placed.
If you realise you have ordered the wrong size, colour or delivery address, contact us immediately. We will try to help, but once an order has entered production or shipment, changes may no longer be possible.
Our Returns and Refund Policy applies to cancellations, incorrect sizes, damaged products, misprints and other order issues.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout.
International customers may see prices converted into their local currency.
Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted unless required to correct an obvious error.
6. Shipping
Shipping availability, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Australian orders may qualify for free shipping where displayed.
International shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and shown before payment.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production delays, carriers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other government charges that are not collected at checkout, where applicable.

7. Returns, refunds and faulty products
Because our garments are printed to order, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind or orders the wrong size, unless required by applicable law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or materially different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Returns and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Intellectual property
The Archive Tees name, branding, website content, product designs, graphics, photography, text and other creative material are owned by Archive Tees or used with appropriate rights or permission.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or use our content without permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or intellectual property appearing on that product.
9. Website use
You must not use our website to:
- Commit fraud or unlawful activity
- Interfere with the operation or security of the store
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems or customer information
- Scrape or copy website content for unauthorised commercial use
We may restrict or refuse access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
10. Third-party services
Archive Tees uses third-party providers to operate the store and fulfil orders, including Shopify, Gelato, payment providers and delivery carriers.
Some parts of your purchase may therefore be processed through third-party systems.
Their services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may have specific conditions, expiry dates or eligibility requirements.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.
We may cancel or correct a promotion where there has been an obvious error or misuse.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Archive Tees is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This does not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Privacy
Your use of our website and any personal information you provide is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our products, website, fulfilment processes or legal requirements.
The current version published on our website will apply to new orders.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable Australian law.
If you live outside Australia, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country or region. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove those rights.
